The office team was awesome, and kept me updated the entire time. They were very honest and transparent with time lines and situations. The work was quality as well.

The only issues I had, were not completely on them. Our forward collision detection system was calibrated from Street, and apparently it wasn't done correctly, so we have to go back. Also we had the vehicle detailed at Davidson as soon as completed, but the interior was barely touched and had a horrible smell that we are still having issues with removing.

Gail, in the office, was very friendly and knowledgeable! I give her an A with two pluses. She answered all my questions.

The whole experience with the team was great would definitely recommend them if you need anything done to your vehicle

Excellent job! This is the first time I used Car Star and it was an excellent experience. Even with the challenges imposed by the supply chain, the folks at Car Star provided excellent repairs to my vehicle. The service was friendly and professional. Tiffany deserves extra praise, as I felt she went over and above ensuring that all the paperwork was in order.

They have great customer service! I choose car star Davidson because of the many years of experience that they have. I had a rear accident someone hit me in my back it was a huge dent my muffler and everything was messed up and I call Davidson set up an appointment and everything was smooth sailing Tiffany help me with a lot I was able to call and talk to her all the time let me know every step of the way what was going on etc. It took a little long for me to get my car in because it was drivable with was acceptable no problem there. I received my car everything checks out it was looking nice I loved it. Awesome job I would recommend. Thank you guys for the awesome job!

Absolutely disgusted and would not recommend to anyone. Brought vehicle in for the repair of two small dents in left rear door panel. Stated no less than 5 times, (along with a note on the key drop envelope) that there were 2 dents and if they could not find the second to call me. Four days later was called to pick up car. Second dent was not repaired. There was also buffing compound, or something similar, all over the inside of my vehicle. Door fabric, sun roof, windshield, visor, door gaskets, etc. Brought back to have issue corrected and was provided a filthy loaner, but it was free, so, okay. Two days later retrieved my vehicle and although it was not completely cleaned, it was much better. Once I got home I noticed the ceiling in the back seat was covered with the same compound, as well as spots on the seat. This location was one my insurance company works with, which I will NEVER use again and will be completing my complaint with said insurance company. My vehicle has just over 20k miles on it, has never had an animal, car seat, or child in it, so it's not as if I delivered a vehicle filled with stale french fries and spilled milkshake. Do. Better! And I've already spoken to several people, including the owner, so no need to reply with a 'call us to resolve the issue'. I tried that and clearly no one that can make a difference at the facility cares to.

Wonderful experience they were kind, courteous and warm. By far excellent customer service I highly recommend them!

They were very friendly and did a great job fixing my truck and I would recommend them to any one that needed work done thank you so much.

After I hit a deer in early January my car was taken here for repairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service fantastic. I had updates three times a week until my Jeep was ready for pick up. I would definitely come back for future repairs!

Customer service was outstanding! They notified me every other day on my vehicles status and keep me informed. Everytime I walked in the building they greeted me by my first name. It was nice doing business with them.

Horrible customer service and no heart at all told them my concerns and they didn’t care I would never refer someone to this business ever.
