Rude desk people Noone had a clue what was going on very unprofessional and wouldn't trust them to fix anything

Great Job by staff I S/W Brandy she was professional and they finished my damaged vehicle 2 weeks earlier then expected I was so thankful I would recommend this Car Star to anyone who needs them.

I crashed my husbands truck and wrecked the back bumper earlier this year. Carstar was struggling with technician staffing issues (what business isn’t struggling to retain professionals right now i guess!), but my truck did eventually come back to me in great condition.they coordinated the rental and the supplemental claim with my insurance seamlessly.i did not speak with my insurance once after they took over.and they vacuumed it out meticulously before i picked it up!

They all seemed helpful before they got their money. They have a relationship with the rental place across the street so they can make it all seem seamless.but Brandy is awful behind your back, beware! They did shoddy work and after she was told of a problem, ignored it and now they won't honor it.

They go beyond customer service, I revived a fantastic paint job without dust in the pain. Also went above and beyond helping with a warranty issue that was not caused by the accident.

My Ford flex got rear ended. They replaced and repainted parts as needed looks brand new. On top of that I got my car back spotless, they cleaned the interior and did ab amazing job of it.

Really bad customer service. Specially brandy, she has no manners. Every-time I called to check up on my car always gave me an excuse and for some little stuff. They kept me waiting for 4 months. Also she hangs up the call before I’m even done talking. Do not go there if you want your car back quick or at-least in a decent time.

This business is outstanding, they handle everything for you, right down to returning the rental car! My car was detailed and sparkling clean when I picked it up and was done earlier than expected. They have fixed several cars for me and I will say I wish more businesses were run like this one!

Never needed to use a collision shop before. Saw their reviews on Google and decided to use them for an estimate. Ended up letting them repair my vehicle. They were upfront about all aspects of the repair. Timing of repair was quick and done when they said so. Will use again if needed and tell anyone I know to go there. Thanks!

I was a little skeptical about using carstar, I had the idea, they were like drive thru service type of shop. I couldn't of been more wrong. From the moment I arrived at Carstar I was greeted with very friendly smiles, and very curious representatives. They treated me, as if I was thier only customer. Brandy advised me of the process that would take place, and the steps needed to get my Durango repaired. Carstar made sure I had my rental all set up, and even offered to give me a ride to pick the rental up. Brandy kept me advised through all the steps with the Estimate and repair status. My Durango was fixed and cleaned in 1 day. Totally impressed by the level of service, and I highly recommend Carstar for any of your service needs. Car was damaged from an accident, Front end, bumper, grill, etc. From the moment I dropped the car off, I received great customer care. Brandy was great, explained everything in detail. I was provided with a loaner rental car. They kept me informed on the status of the repairs. When I picked up the car, the work was excellent and the car was clean and vacuumed. Great job!

Easy to deal with, they had my car repaired after I hit a deer and did a wonderful job, Down to being able to pick up my vehicle after hours and return the rental to them and they took care of the rest! All in all great experience! Melissa was very kind and helpful!
