Very rude staff. Can’t speak with the customers in polite manner. Entering the store, they even can’t say hello first, and then ask to put mask on the nose. World Health organization says that it is unnecessary to require children under 5 years old to wear the face mask. But the staff in this store will convince you that it is required and in their store children 2 years old already wears mask, and if my daughter doesn’t want to wear mask she can stay outside.

Very dissapointed at this Carter's location! I have been shopping here for 10 years and never really had a big issue til now. I received a promotion email that if you spend $50 or more you receive a free baby blanket so I purposely shopped today and spent more than $50. When I was checking out I seen they did have about 15 blankets left on the back counter however when I asked the yound lady at the register she scanned the blanket and said I had to pay for it. I was very confused as it was the SAME EXACT blanket on the promotional email! I asked the girl why I had to pay? She walks over to the store Manager who says its ONLY while supplies last! Very confused as to why she said this since there was about 15 sitting in front of her face but she was too lazy and rude to assist her customers! The lady next to me was also complaining because she too was being charged for an item that Carters promoted as free with $50 purchase. I do understand if the store ran out but they did not! If they wanted to lie to their customers about being out of the free item then put it away were customers won't see it! I am very annoyed because this is false advertisment and horrible customer service on the Manager of this Carter's location.

This is a nice place to shop. Although the line was always long, but the cashier was so passionate and friendly. Not as much varieties though.

I shop there all the time. They have very cute and affordable clothing and shoes for babies. I just wish that they would have more sizes in stock.

They don't have a lot of clothing selection for boys. The prices are reasonable. Some designs are great. I'm not a fan of dark colors for my son. They could extend their selection for boys and it would be great.

Sometimes long line. When ask to price for something, got a unclear answer like that should be 50% off from the original price tag. But won't tell me the exact price or scan for price check.

Very short-staffed. Only 1 person at the register, queue for checkout moves very slow, as there are no self scanners for price checks.

I love this store, it's very neat different selections of clothes and the store is very clean but most importantly the staff members are amazing, they friendly and make you feel welcomed! Sam was helping me and she was very knowledgeable, she helped me out with my son's clothes and told me about the "step by step" section that they have which is very helpful for my son since he is starting to walk!

Great experience. One of the ladies kindly and patiently waited for me to look for my coupon while awaiting my payment! It was greatly appreciated.

Been there a number of times. I love to shop there when I'm in the area. Selection can be limited, obviously if you compare from the online store; although nothing major. Great sales.

Love the prices, clothes are cotton, staff in a store is nice. Usualy store is organized but for some reason at my last visit in November 2016 they changed layout making it more chaotic and confusing, store manager happily assisted to find the items though.

;; sometimes the line to check out is very long. I feel like the people behind the registers just really don't wanna be there and they drag everything on. But besides that i really like this place. I can always find what i need for my son. And some of their things are just absolutely adorable.

Good selection of kids clothes and shoes. They always have deals at the store and it's good they accept coupons as well as let you earn rewards.

Very convenient store to have in your neighborhood if you live around Bensonhurst. Staff are friendly and helpful. A wide range of clothes in all sizes. My only complaint is the store is small and can sometimes be difficult to maneuver around with a baby stroller. Prices are also good since they have sales very frequently, especially on holidays.

Decent size store, variety, and you can actually get around the aisles with a stroller as opposed to other baby/kid stores.

Staff are okay but seem to have short fuse with customers. Store staff have been working there for long time and seem to be tired of dealing with customers. Somewhat helpful yet not too friendly, unfortunately.

Very good varity of closes with reasonable prices. Clearance section is very small but has good stuff
