I recently used Cassone leasing to move my home and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for the service they provided to myself and my family. Craig Barreto and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Every time I called they were extremely helpful and made the move as seamless as possible. They would call me to let me know about the time and date the driver would arrive. The drivers were ALWAYS on time and polite. My closing date to move was constantly changing and Craig was patient and reassured me that they would be there to help. Thank you for all that you did! I would highly recommend Cassone Leasing, they are very professional, courteous and know how to do their jobs.

Dealt with salesperson named Kim regarding the purchase of a container. She assured me via email that she had many containers matching my budget and that I needed to come down to pick one out. I went to their Ronkonkoma location with the intention of purchasing.

First, she was late for our meeting by 30 minutes. I had to stand around the secretary's desk at the front door. Upon arrival, she sent me to the backlot where the containers are and answered almost every question with a "Oh gee, I don't know". Simple questions like "how do you open this container" or "how much is this container".

Finally, we got back to her office to discuss pricing. As soon as I sat down, she disappeared for another 30 minutes! She came back with a price written on a pad that was $1,000 more than what we originally discussed.

Their sales gimmick is to lure you into their office by any means. Then they engage you in a process that is similar to when you buy a car.

They are disrespectful with your time and dishonest in their sales approach. Had they been more straightforward, I would have purchased a container, even if it was a little more expensive. Based on principle, however, I cannot give my money to a company and a salesperson like this.

Great customer service and very friendly and helpful. I will be using them in the future and highly suggest using them for rentals on job sites.

The gentleman who delivered our Storage unit was amazing. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience smooth. I would highly recommend Cassone!

I have been renting Cassone office trailers/containers for a few years.
Everybody I dealt with is courteous and professional.
Delivery are always on time and the drivers are capable to maneuver in very tight locations.

I've dealt with Cassone multiple times, and on different job sites. Dealing with Cassone is a pleasure! They show up when they are supposed to, and their employees are competent and work hand-in-hand with our employees great. I will use them again for all of my container needs on the job and off!
