Cathay Bank, Brooklyn NY

My son's EDD card went missing in California. A week later we see activity from New York; a deduction of $185.60 from this address. EDD scam ring perhaps?

The worst bank ever. People are waiting and limited services. Only one teller for 20 people. The worst ever.

I've never had a bad experience here throughout the years. They've handled all my account issues properly, and Jasmine always has a smile on her face. My father's business accounts never had any issues either. David and his team were super helpful with both our small business, and personal accounts.

All Cathay employees work fast and really hard to please the customers especially the tellers when the lines are so long in the beginning of the month. They accommodated all the customers transaction very professionally and with a smile. They all deserve to be recognize for their diligently service. (clap, clap)

All the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Especially, during the pandemic period, the tellers and customer services are patient and tentative to my need. I highly recommend this bank to many other businesses.

I went out to Cathay late, and i remembered Summer was helped my to deposit, and is quick, like a couple mins and done, thank you so much for helping.

I visited branch on Tuesday to talk about mortgages. The Branch Manager Morris Chang helped me alot. I have his business card and will be back to do my mortgage with him. Very good service!

I called asking some information of my personal bank account since I am not able to log in my online banking account. A employee called Jasmine was rude and not trying to help me at all. They definitely need to train their employees a better and professional attitude to help customers. Otherwise they will end up with losing more and more customers, like I am going to do.
