Today me and my mom went to this bank, my mom want to deposit $700 cash into the account. That lady bank teller named GRACE! Had either counted incorrectly or put the cash in money counter machine incorrectly, telling my mom that “oh there’s $105 missing because your total is $595. ”
pov: (100% sure my mom handed her $700 cash)

As a result of this error, my mom was asked to give $105 if she wanted to deposit $700, which means we have to give more money because of the bank teller’s mistake she made. I request that the bank refund the extra charges.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon and resolving this issue.

It takes her forever when using the machine. After trying multiple times, every time she put the cash in machine she gets a different number. That’s why the cash was never counted correctly! I can tell she doesn’t understand what she’s doing. Look at her resume first before hiring her! This bank Needs to train their employee well before letting her work!

Lastly, don’t hand the bank teller GRACE your cash, NEVER! Can’t even do simple math, how can she make mistakes, when there’s literally a machine counting the money for her.

***I wrote a check want to withdraw just $2,000, I show my ID, the teller asked me many questions including first my address, my mother's name, my social security number, then ask me take off my mask, then wrote down all details of my ID on back of check, counted the money 4 times, middle of all that, went to ask a manager, finally after checking my check again, he told me the letter T (TWO) didn't look like T!
He then went to ask another manager, I was so very frustrated, he took 15 minutes to give my money. I'm so very frustrated, I never experience this from other bank, I will definitely withdraw all investments from this bank!

Hi happy New Year guys, and my sister Lisa is going to work here from January 2023, but date not specified already, since she still have something left to submit to this bank to start her career here. Nevertheless, 5 stars to wish her good luck on her career right here.
