7Very professional and helpful to my situation. I appreciate everything they did to help me and give me info to get back on my feet.
Cinthia Marrero is my case manager and she doesn't do her job, first and last time seeing her was a month ago, I have called her Email her and finally Friday she Email me back and said she will have a letter for me by Monday for court on Tuesday and today is Monday and she's not in the office today. She is the WORST case manager, I can't seem to get in contact with her.if you choice to come here, try to get someone that's gonna help you. Cause cinthia Marrero doesn't do her job.
I’ve been waiting for help for over three months they told me it would take 3 weeks. I can never reach my caseworker for a update. When I do finally reach someone they take my number but never call me back.
Catholic Charities is a great place when you need help if you need help with rent are you back in bed with something they will try and help you out
Worst place to get help from! They don't like to help anyone other than themselves! And with no system of checks or accountability they get away with and steal the money HRA pays them to help clients!
Thanks to this organization. A blessing. They are here for those in need in these perilous times
They are rude. Barely ever reachable, they don't respond to messages unless you are constantly harassing them. They don't keep you updated on your case and they are extremely slow. They do things at the speed of a turtle. I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to another homebase location if needed.
