Friendly, fast, easy. They are pros, took only one try to get my vein. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Way better than Quest.

Staff at the Delaware Ave location is great! They are always friendly and kind! Yes, they can draw your blood - but their personality sets them apart from everyone else!

The Delaware Lab is clean, respects appointment times, and the staff is professional and courteous. Ms. Collen Brown drew my blood on my most recent visit. I have put up with so many nurses complaining about my "rolling veins" and getting flustered (sometimes sticking me twice looking for veins.) Not Ms. Brown! She was calm, cool, and collected. And did the job masterfully! She is both a lovely person and a consummate professional. I highly recommend this lab.

Best experience for blood work. Made an appt for 7: 30am and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff was very nice and friendly. Never going to Quest again. Only negative, the entrance was hard to find. Entrance is in the back of the building connected to parking lot

Blood suckers wont leave me alone. At least it's a pleasant experience. All of the staff are so sweet.

Had a Quest form/prescription from my doctor and dropped into one (Quest) on the other side of Kenmore Ave. No one ever appeared at the window and I finally signed in and waited to ask my questions. Seven screenings and a friend told me one was a fasting and I should not eat for 12 hours. I wanted to verify that information and check the place out and I chose to go about 15 minutes before the end of their day (1pm). So glad I did! Man that was working there was condescending and rude to two patients and a third prospective client who only wanted to drop a sample off. Said they were closed and she'd have to come back. He had come out for a patient and was so rude to her. "Was she from a doctor's office? " Guess he would have taken it from her then? He had just taped a piece of paper over their electronic sign in stands that said Closed, so she would have to come back tomorrow. No kindness or helpfulness, another location is open later, nothing. And then he walked with the patient he had called back and was dissing the woman who apparently didn't know their hours and his rules. Ugh! That decided it for me. I went home and googled blood labs in Buffalo, called my insurance company to confirm that I could go somewhere else even with the Quest form. And I could and most likely you can too!
I learned from Google that Quest is a billion dollar company that bilked Medicaid and had to pay the federal government back hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars. They also send all their tests to their lab in Pittsburgh. And that is also why you can't ever get anyone on the phone. Not really staffed. When I called, the local number goes to Pittsburgh and the woman I spoke with there told me the locations are " drawing centers" they only draw blood. Not that there's a problem with that on the face of it, but I'd rather use a company that has local labs and are caring and have better hours.
And that is what led me to this wonderful place.

Had a bit of trouble finding it so will tell you it is behind Benson's Medical Supply. Turn on the street either before or after Benson's (Hazeltine or Tremaine?) and go into the parking lot behind Benson's. Enjoy the professionalism and quick wait time!

This place is awesome. The people who work there treat their patients with such dignity. I love it here. Went to Quest once and felt like I was in a barnyard. Thank you Amy.

Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. The office itself is super clean, so much better than Quest.
