Only had an issue with one doctor the only male one there who told me right after having the baby I needed to lose weight. Everyone else is amazing and friendly

I spoke to Cathy Berry's office in December and told them I was 30 weeks pregnant and looking to switch from St. Joe's. They said they would take me as a patient and I had all my records transferred over. I received a call today stating they would not accept me as a transfer and "only accepting patients around 20 weeks" I told her I have the recorded conversation where I had already confirmed how far along I was and was told it wouldn't be a problem. She claims no one would ever tell me that. That was highly unprofessional to give attitude and call someone a liar like that and the practice should listen to Angela's phone calls. The front desk receptionist couldn't have been nicer except for the fact I have been given false information about accepting me as a patient.

I pre-registered at Crouse so I'm going there anyway whether they like it or not but at 32-33 weeks now I do wish I had a doctor to rely on. I feel compassion for other pregnant women as they are trying to find doctors. Is it so unreasonable of a request to want to have a doctor that knows the sex of my baby after weekly visits or cares about me as something other than a paycheck?

Absolutely LOVE Dr. BERRY and Dr. FOREE. Very attentive to the needs of patients and their unborn children. They stay on top of any issues that arise during pregnancy or when you are not pregnant. They are both extremely sweet, caring and concerned professionals. I have not had the same results with the CNM's, and Practitioners there, it seems as though they are not able to get on the same page as the docs. However the phlebotomist Sharon, and the receptionist are great as well. The nurses make sure that you are comfortable and will even hold your hand if you need someone to. Very professional!

Dr. FOREE delivered my daughter via emergency c-section in 2012. She did such an amazing job sewing me back up, that Dr. BERRY had to have me point out my surgery scar to her. I was a High Risk pregnancy for my daughter and now here 7 years later I have been surprised by a new little one, and I am even higher risk this time than last. At the beginning of this pregnancy I had a cyst on my right ovary the size of a cantaloupe. Dr. BERRY was right on the problem and made sure to refer me to a doctor who would be able to operate and remove it before I was too far along with my son that I could lose him. I am extremely happy to be/have been with these doctors for my pregnancy (ies), and while I am not pregnant as WELL. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ONLY COMFORTABLE WITH A FEMALE GYN.

One of the nurses/ midwifes (Terry, lady with grey hair) is very rude and snotty, especially to pregnant teens. I had a niece that was pregnant and whenever she would be curious about something and ask Terry a question she would get an attitude and say “that’s not important” or act like she should’nt be asking it and made her really uncomfortable.when in reality if a older pregnant women asked the same questions it wouldn’t be an issue.some staff are very unprofessional.my niece and i switched obgyn offices.very unsatisfied.

I have been going to Dr. Berry’s office since 2009, a family friend recommended them. I absolutely love most of the staff. I never had to wait longer than 15 minutes and anytime I have an issue, a nurse always calls me back. They even play phone tag with me. Also, they squeeze me in last minute if I have a serious concern. Only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is similar to a previous review.several negative experiences with 1 nurse. Wish I remembered her name so I could report her but both times I was just so surprised by the lack of professionalism that I didn’t write her name down. I had the bad experiences back in April regarding my pregnancy. Since then I have went back and have not had any encounters with her. Hopefully they have let her go. I almost left the office but decided to not let 1 person ruin it. Dr. Berry and Janet are amazing. I love them. The receptionist are very friendly, nurses make you feel comfortable and the phlebotomists is jack of all trades (wish I knew her name but she’s extremely nice). I highly recommend this office and if you come across a cranky nurse. Make sure you get her name!

Excellent experience, very friendly staff. Kept a close eye on the baby and me. Will be going back for the next. And it's all women office which made me the most comfortable.
