Very decent treatment, conducted themselves as a business and were kind, respectful and even reached out to me to help make my payments.

One way Cavalry Portfolio Services (CPS) flagrantly violates federal law (the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) is by unlawfully re-aging the origination date of very old debt. They do this to avoid the restraint and discipline of the statute of limitations to collect on said debt. They also try to flip and resell old debts to other collections outfits. I caught CPS red-handed unlawfully accessing my Trans Union credit report, long after their right to do so had passed. My lawyer made a federal case out of it to claw out statutory damages from them in federal court. They PAID for their transgressions. When are you going to lawyer up and make them pay for their unlawful access of your credit report? !

Scumbags who make up debts and actually believe people will pay and they are justified. Hey douche bags try validating before you start I can see law suits building for the harassment from these scumbags.

Zero stars! This is a scam. I do not have any debts and I have an excellent credit rating. I got the name from my caller ID. They call every day but only left a message once to call back. I will never answer their calls. They're preying on innocent people

Paid off my debt years ago. Now old employers, family members I have never even lived with or speak to get letters for them regarding my past debt. They are vultures. Don’t give them anything

This company is a scam once they get your information they do illegal things. Do not I repeat do not contact them and give them any information.
