I Love Dr Sandish. She's retiring! The support staff at the Center for Healthy Living are very good.i met Kathleen over the phone. She was a brand new hire. Beautifully trained.respectful. I will be continuing my work with a Nurse Practitioner, and have had three different NP's in each of my appointments. So I have a good idea of who i want to work with, or at least a generous choice of who i want to work with.thank you.

Great office, from the receptionist to my visit with the Doctor. It was my first time, although I was slightly late for my appointment I was not made to feel I did anything wrong, really nice receptionist very calm and helpful, did not rush me. The doctor was really patient great at communicating.

It’s so nice to sit with a doctor who took his time to get to know your history and so patience to take his time to explained everything and course of action. Dr. Mecena you are one of the best. He helped me understand a lot of things that I don’t even consider. Your staff are more than awesome. Thank you

My experienced with this place was very unpleasant. Both physicians and nurses are very judgmental and showed little care. Front desk staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this office.

I've nearly finished a 36 session of treadmill exercise therapy for peripheral vascular disease at Cayuga Center for Healthy Living, and it's been a great experience! The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the staff is top notch. All the therapists are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I've also enjoyed the handouts provided by the staff with on-going information about diet, exercise, and healthy living. The therapy has left me with much more stamina and the ability to walk much farther at a faster pace. Thank you, Cayuga Medical!

The technician that did my echocardiogram was absolutely amazing. She was comforting and caring, took her time to explain and talk and made the whole experience amazing! Thank you so much!

With every visit, the staff is always welcoming. From the front desk to the housekeeper. They are honest and straight to the point on what you need to do to improve your health. They reassure you that they are with you every step of the way.

Came in to get more information about services staff was extremely rude from moment I walked in. I am protein deficient and auto immune and staff handed me a pamphlet told me to call this number because I have an eating disorder.
