These people are all backwards in here place needs to be investigated.

My WORKER understood my status MRS. CARPENTER was efficient and friendly. I was unsure about how much my taxes were. She said no problem I'll get that info and add it to your file. 10 minutes and done. Very efficient.

Still not open without an appointment. Most transactions can be done on line, but not a seniors have extended access to online or know how to do all that's needed. My driver's license needs to be renewed, but now I have to pay for an eye test in addition to praying for the license. That was a service they provided when they were open.
