Unprofessional, rude, do not understand the meaning of urgency. I have had equipment there for roughly 2 months now, that I was told I was going to hear about within 2 weeks and we'd be done no later than 3 weeks. I had to call four times before I got any information about my equipment, and at one month and 3 weeks they still had not even started working on it much less contacted me.

The good folks here had the parts I needed plus reasonably priced oil. Friendly service always goes down well!

Didn't know anyone here, I emailed an inquiry out of the blue looking for a snowblower for my E130. Steve responded promptly, got what I needed ordered and delivered in a timely manner! I unfortunately don't recall the delivery tech's name, but he showed up on a brutal cold afternoon and got my unit expertly installed and operating. Outstanding service.

Called first thing in the morning after my snow blower pull-start line snapped, they got me right in and I was back out the door in 45min with a working blower. Couldn't have been nicer employees as well. Highly Recommended.
