I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos (CCD Construction) for the installation of a new pool and Cambridge & Techo Bloc pavers in my backyard, driveway, and house and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Carlos and his entire crew demonstrated a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. They patiently listened to our ideas, provided valuable insights, and ensured that all my concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship exhibited by Carlos is truly commendable. The pool installation was seamless, and the attention to detail in laying the pavers was impeccable. The precision and care taken in every step of the project reflect the expertise of someone who takes pride in their work. Carlos had to not only install a pool but install an underground water drainage system. I can tell you from the rain we have gotten, not one drop has gone into the house. He finally solved our water problems for good!
Clear and open communication is crucial in any project, and Carlos excelled in this aspect. He responded to every email, text and call and we had too many to count! He kept me informed about the progress, any unexpected challenges, and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made.

We had the pleasure of working with Carlos and his team on our stoop and driveway projects. Carlos made the process very easy from selecting the bricks/pavers through the build. His team was reliable, well skilled, and neat. Carlos spent a lot of time throughout the project reviewing all options and his expertise allowed us to feel confident the job was being done right. Carlos and his team of highly skilled masons were very professional. The work was done neatly and with such care. Carlos was there every step of the way and made my backyard look beautiful.

I contacted CCD Construction via their website for an estimate after reading a few excellent reviews. From receiving a call back minutes after submitting the online form all the way to the finished product, working with Carlos and CCD was an excellent experience! I needed a paver walkway constructed in the front yard and a shed pad in the back - a small job for most people, but Carlos still treated it like any other project! I received a rough estimate over the phone along with when work could begin. Within a few days, Carlos and I met in person to finalize the estimate. Pavers were ordered that same day and in less than two weeks, they were installed in the front yard!

Carlos is also a great designer, helping me with some stylistic choices on multiple occasions during the project, Not to mention, he went above and beyond to improve my yard and make it ready for an upcoming irrigation project!

CCD offered me great pricing and excellent work with a very aggressive timeline to boot! I wouldn't hesitate to choose CCD again, and highly recommend you give Carlos a call!

Carlos and crew did an excellent job for us. We were kind of back and forth on which brand of pavers to go with. He made some great suggestions and came through and spiced it up for us. Highly recommend his services. Great ideas and extremely thorough.

We can’t say enough great things about CCD Construction! Carlos took our backyard and made it look amazing! We didn’t think there was much we could do in our backyard because it’s a small yard with a big pool in it but Carlos came up with a design plan that really maximized what little space we have. Not to mention, Carlos is a perfectionist. We highly recommend CCD Construction!

Carlos and his team did our paver patio, driveway, walk way, foundation refacing, garden wall and installed trench drains. It was a big job and they did amazing work. Any issues were quickly resolved. I have zero regrets. He’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. He also had a lot of good ideas, which many contractors did not. I would highly recommend him and also hire him again.

Carlos and his crew just finished up our house today and we could not be happier! Carlos is a perfectionist, has a great eye for design and is honest! He really saved us in a short amount of time when another company that we previously hired, never showed up. He got the job done quick and most importantly, it was done right. What a wonderful company! Carlos was a gem! What a nice person- they did a great job- professional- honest and cleaned up everything! Had pavers for patio and stair and cement walkway and back patio done. What a beautiful job they did- Carlos did extra things that came up like rotted wood behind patios -he fixed it for us. We had a water penetration issue along one side of the house and thought it was getting in from a deteriorating concrete walkway. While other contractors agreed and quoted a price, Carlos showed me that the water issue wasn't related to the concrete, and that the work wasn't needed. He suggested simple, inexpensive ways to correct the condition. He is an honest, stand-up guy who would rather be truthful than take our money. When we decided to replace the path anyway for aesthetic reasons, Carlos and his team did a fantastic job at a fair price. We're very pleased and will call Carlos again for future projects.

Carlos and his crew were amazing. We had our stoop done within a day in a half. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Masonary/construction industry. He advised us as to what would look best for us. I highly recommend CCD Construction.

Amazing job! The work was completed in exactly as described, each day the site was left in pristine condition, and the end result was exactly what we were looking for!

This is my second time using CCD Construction. They are experienced, reliable and do a beautiful job on any masonry work they do. The walkway up to my front steps is stunning! The best thing about CCD Construction is they stand by their work. I had a driveway they installed that started to peel at six months old due to a bad pour. Carlos redid the 2 slabs that were affected, free of charge. I will always use CCD Construction for all of my masonry needs!

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on my walkway and the side of my garage. I had these ugly weeds growing there, had them removed and was looking for something neat and simple. Carlos came up with using blue stone, which is something that I didn't even consider. I'm so glad he suggested it because it looks amazing! He truly knows his stuff and will suggest something that works and not just something that is expensive, like so many others. They also fixed up my front walkway which was falling apart and now it's not a danger to walk on anymore.

His crew came early and were courteous. They cleaned up that you couldn't even tell they were there other than the fantastic work they did. They left my yard better than they found it.

I would definitely recommend Carlos and his crew for any type of masonry work you are looking to get done. I can now tell people "I got a guy" when they ask if anyone knows of someone to do concrete work and beyond.
