I pray that Nordstrom will stop using this unprofessional company. Twice now, I’ve ordered from Nordstrom and CDL has returned my package to the store and labeled it “undeliverable”. What makes the second time worse is that I called CDL and talked with a representative that told me that they were delivering the package to me. After our conversation, they still sent it back to Nordstrom. Their slogan is “the last mile”. It should be “the last resort”. Please avoid using them if you can.

Awful company! 2 times I ordered from Nordstrom rack and they used this carrier! The two times I never got my items! I don’t understand how big companies can use this scam company. I’m sure they lose millions of dollars with this company. I emailed CDL and they claim they are investigating! To date still never received my items. Nordstrom rack did refund me but it was a convenience!

This is the worst company ever they delivered my package and left it in the lobby we have no security place there no lobby man or security this is a building with 90 apartments people walk in and out all day and of course my package was stolen and when I contacted them they tell me oh I driver was in the right he left it under the mailbox in a secured place no he didn't and they tell my they are not responsible for my stolen items so I lost package and lost my money

Worst company ever, they don't have customer service to contact, they will deliver your packages somewhere else and have the nerves to tell you they delivered in the right address, same as LaserShip. Nordstrom need to stay away from both companies. Glad my front camera is always recording and claim was easy to report.

This was ordered on April 6th and said it was "delivered" today. Nothing was delivered. I've never heard of this company until today and I'm not surprised as to why. The reviews say it all about this delivery service. God knows if I'll ever see the item I ordered.

I thought Lasership was the worse, no these people are below the worse. I have never had a successful delivery from them. This is the 3rd time I have not received my Saks packages via their service and I honestly can’t believe Saks still partner with them. The delivery drivers always say they deliver the package abd never do. They are suppose to take photos for proof of Delivery and never do. I’m so mad they lied and said he delivered my package abd never did. It was my son’s graduation items

I had the same experience as other people, they left the package outside my building and didn’t buzz or call. When I came home two hours later the package had already been stolen. Really frustrating.

The order was made from Sephora. The delivery date range was very wide, that is, I didn't know when exactly the delivery would be. On X-Day, the delivery guy just got closer to the front door and threw out the package. He didn't even ring the doorbell or knock the door.
Practice has shown that using the services of this company is not only undesirable, but not necessary! Even forbidden!

Why wouldn’t you ring the doorbell? It takes a fraction of a second. Package was openly placed and obviously stolen.

The worst delivery company ever! FedEx, Amazon, UPS, and USPS all have absolutely no trouble delivering packages to my apartment in New York. Every time I’ve had a company ship through CDL they return it to sender. They are completely incompetent and should not exist as a company since clearly this is a very common issue.

Edit: you can’t call something an exception if it occurs every time. An exception would be your company actually delivering a package correctly.

This company needs to be closed down and all workers fired! ’ They don’t even come to your door to deliver they left it downstairs and mine you they did this not once but TWICE. Please do your job which is to knock on my door. I called customer service and the lady had a attitude. Worst company everrrrr!

HORRRRRRRIBLE I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING ONE DAY SHIPPING. It never made it to me in time but but they received it at 1am the night before at the warehouse! SAKS PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PPL AGAIN THEY ARE HORRIBLE! This terrible company ruined my vacation!

ABSOLUTELY NO STARS I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN THE WAREHOUSE (WHICH ON THEIR SITE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED). SO WHICH ONE IS IT, I AM SURE IT WAS STOLEN. I ORDERED FROM NORDSTROMS (A DESIGNER ITEM) AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY ORDER UNTIL IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED BY THIS COMPANY. I AM REALLY CONSIDERING CONTACTING THE NEWS OUTLETS AND AUTHORITIES BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS IS, “OH ITS LOST CONTACT THE MERCHANT TO START A CLAIM. ” THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE DEALT WITH A PACKAGE BEING STOLEN FROM A COURIER LIKE THIS, THE OTHER ONE WAS TFORCE. I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE. My package was stolen.when I received the email that my order would be shipped by CDL, I thought to myself: It's over. Unfortunately, Nordstrom and Saks often use CDL, that means I have to often contact customer service to ask reship my order or refund my money. I've had enough. This is the third time my package has been stolen in two months.

The worst delivery experience ever. Period. This shipping company failed to deliver my package to the correct address. I emailed its customer service and they simply threw the ball back to me to contact iHerb where I made the order. To CS reps who may read through this, I don't need any useless template answers. It is a joke that any retailers is still using this company given the number of 1-star comments here.

This is by far one of the worst delivery services to exist. Customer support is non existent so don't bother calling, using the online chat or emailing. The delivery estimate is worthless since it only tells you that the current date is the estimated delivery date. Choose two day overnight shipping and I'm on day 6. Previously, my package wasn't even delivered. If you are a major business please do your customers a favor and stop using this service.

The other reviews are spot on. This company is TRASH! They said they delivered my package from Nordstroms and the picture attached to the tracking history is a photo of two Sephora boxes chucked on the mail room floor? The Nordstrom package was never actually delivered. I’m glad Nordstrom has great customer service to help me, but wow I hope they cancel their contract with them because CDL cannot be trusted. I live in NYC and literally have 0 issues receiving packages with other couriers.

I don’t know how they can call themselves a courier if they can’t even fulfill the basic requirements to be a courier service.

Similar to other reviewers, my order from Nordstrom was stolen in transit. I will be contacting the New York Attorney General and the New York City Public Advocate to open an investigation into this company.
