I've been a
Cedar Beah fan forever. Family friendly, clean and safe. However, this Labor Day was a huge disappointment. Beach was lined with sea life that had washed up during previous high tide and the air
was permeated with dead fish stink! The snack bar was running out of condiments, and no soap in the ladies rest room. I know the season was coming to a close but I was embarrassed in front of my guests that I brought there for a pleasant "goodbye" to summer. Better management please!
Upset that they don't allow dogs to swim any time to the right of the pair. Should at least let my service dog get some exercise. Also, handicap plates should be allowed to park for free. I come down once a month to take care of my mom and like to go down early in the morning no one on the beach at that time. So once again I do think that at certain times you should allow dogs! Maybe before 9 or before Memorial day and after labor day!
Rocks, rocks and more rocks.but 15 minutes from my house and easy parking, it's where I go to swim.
Cedar Beach is great to take the little ones to. Also set up for fishing. There is a decent playground, pier, and jetty. There is a convenience stand with good food and a bar too.
Water temperature is perfect, no jellyfish but a lot of seaweed when the tide started going out.
So if I pay 20.00 for parking and the porta potty looks like its never been cleaned since 2020. What are they doing with my money? Beach is nice people are super nice!
Nice place for a walk (romantic or otherwise). Fairly quiet, especially toward the evening. Boardwalk and concrete sidewalk extend most of the length of the beach.
Great place for walks, plenty of birds, deer, and a variety of plants. Unfortunately people do not follow the policies and bring dogs, smoke, and ride bikes on the trails. Watch out!
What a beautiful place. I loved it. The people are so friendly and always happy. The food and drinks were great. The prices were good. I would love to go back.
This is a great beach. Easy to get there and easy to park. It's nice that they have the snack bar right there. Very clean and not crowded. They have showers (outside) and bathrooms where you can change.
