This place has some pros, like it’s large and well stocked, but they are very money minded, and I did not see a lot of empathy. I live around the corner and would go there all the time so I’m a regular customer, or I was? But recently while walking by, when the mask mandate was still on, I dropped my mask right by the store and nipped in to ask what are they would be willing to give me one. Even though I am a regular customer, the comment was that I would have to buy some thing and then they would give me a mask. Well within your rights and reason to say so, but it put me off from going in there again and buying anything. They are the real pricey anyways and there’s four other liquor stores within a one block radius that I could use instead, so that’s what I chose to do

Best place to pick up alc in Hell’s Kitchen! Has great flavored (refrigerated) soju for $9 which is a good price and they have like 4/5 flavors. The owner is so nice and helpful, gave me great recs when I asked. They have mostly wines, but also liquor, and even a nice cocktail mixes in the fridge:)

From the owner to the staff, everyone is super friendly and knowable. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will get it for you.

Cellar 53 Wine & Spirits has a very large variety of drinks. The owner Peter and Justin are very nice and helpful in selecting eBay to purchase. The prices are also very reasonable and if you buy in bulk they give you a discount.

I like that they will match any other liquor stores price as long as you give them proof like a pic

I get my medicine there. One star deduction for a meaningless "account" that has never produced a discount after years of patronage

Bought wines from Online. When to pickup and they said no inventory. Now they increased price and the wine is still available. You should have Just told me it was wrong price tag. Worst customer service

Very nice selection, staff are well mannered & knowledgeable. The owner is very down to earth and willing to help you out get what you are specifically looking for just ask.

I love the wine the display, it really suits my taste, and I love the shop, whenever I'm sad, the only place I want to visit is the wine shop, since it will make you drunk, it will also help you to forget your problems haha. I highly recommend this one to my colleagues. This place is really great to unwind!
