Great service and staff are very understanding and helpful in recommending memorials that will abide by cemetery guidelines. The work done on my fathers’ memorial was amazing and I get many people commenting what a beautiful job they did in memorializing him. Unlike other memorial businesses in the area that call you to try to sell you a headstone hours after a loved one's passing, this business respects families during their time of mourning. That's what you call class and compassion! Truly made me feel like they were there for me.

The staff is amazing and compassionate. Christina was so helpful and thoughtful she took time to help me pick the perfect stone for my brother. She actually kept in touch with me through every step of the process never have I had the pleasure of doing business in a time of such sorrow with such a wonderful knowledge professional like Cristina I would deff recommend her and her company to everyone

My Mother died in January and my Father; being too distraught after the loss of his life partner, tasked me with making the funeral arrangements and as well as arranging to get a headstone.
The latter was not an easy task because of the ongoing pandemic.
My Father came across "Cemetery Monument Co. " in the Bronx, which is very close to St. Raymond's Cemetery where my Mother is buried and asked me to check them out.
I reached out to them in late July to find out about purchasing a headstone for my Mom because I know that St. Raymond's Cemetery is VERY strict when it comes to their regulations regarding headstones and I wanted to make sure that whichever company I ultimately chose to do business with, was aware of St. Raymond's Cemetery's Headstone Regulations.
After sending them an e-mail, I was immediately contacted by Cristina Cruz.
Because of the ongoing pandemic, all my interactions with Cristina were via email or telephone.
Cristina was a GODSEND!
She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient, polite, etc, etc… the list goes on and on!
She really is THAT good!
She answered any questions that my Father or I had, IMMEDIATELY and made sure that we were aware of what was going on EVERY step of the way! She handled ALL interactions with St. Raymond's Cemetery for us and made sure that we received all paperwork necessary as well as making sure that we were satisfied with all drawings and sketches prior to the production of the headstone.
I gave my approval for the final drawing in late August and was told that production would take 3 ½ months to 4 ½ months to complete. It was done in less than 2 months and the final product looks AMAZING! The headstone is BEAUTIFUL and brought a tear to my eye when I saw my parent's likeness etched into the stone.

For a headstone, the staff here were extremely helpful in this difficult time, they sent us a drawing of the headstone to our emails, told us when the headstone arrived, my family as well as myself were thrilled with the beautiful headstone & will recommend this location & business to anyone looking for a headstone

Is hard to find a good company that will accommodate you in a very difficult time, but i must say Christina was truly an angel throughout this process. She was compassionate, informative but most important she took the time to go over every detail until i felt comfortable. I will 100 percent recommend this place.

My family and I recently lost our Dad in June. Being that this is already a devastating process and not everyone is sympathetic to you dealing with a loss while simultaneously having to design their monument. I must say that Cemetery Monument Co put our heart at ease. The stone was made in a timely manner and came out exactly how we pictured it if not better. Cristina is truly the best! She was such a sweetheart, patient and a huge help. Most importantly she kept communicating any updates we needed to know. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all memorial monument needs, hands down! My family is grateful for their service.

We visited this company first before reading the reviews online, since it is the closest to where we live, and I have to say that Cristina was absolutely phenomenal! She was professional, informative and compassionate.
We decided after our tour with her that were going to look at a few other companies just to make sure we had done our homework and weighed all our options. We started with looking up reviews online and this company had the best reviews of all the other companies in the Bronx. We decided to just go with them and not visit any other places. We were comfortable with them and felt that they would take care of us the best.and that we would get the quality we are looking for. We have not received the product yet, but we are confident we will be very happy based on others reviews and our experience thus far. We will be sure to update our review or leave a new one once the process is complete and we receive the headstone.

My mother passed away June 2013. Monument Co.was my first and only stop, I could not be any happier with the compassion, great customer service and attention to detail that they showed. My mother's monument came out great. Regrattably I've had two other deaths in my family and I have recommended this location for headstones. Recently I had an issue in which I had to replace two vases on my mother's stone. I spoke to Ray the owner and explain my issue to him, without hesitation he resolved my issue within a few days. Five years later Ray and his staff still show compassion, great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this location!

The owner Ray was pretty straight up with me and forward also was very reasonable with me on the price and also help me coordinate my mother God rest her soul design on the monument headstone. Couldn’t be any more happier with the Layout design and the communication that he and his people provided to me And my family as well.
