In addition to providing a relaxing massage, she pinpoints problem areas and really assists the healing process. As soon as she starts the session you know that you are in the hands of a higly experienced and knowledgeable professional. She has helped me tremendously!
Carla is a hidden gem. She listens to what ails you, and she is able to find the source of your pain. The building is well kept, clean with beautiful music, the owner Dale really keeps everything updated and sterile. I would highly recommend The Center of Theraputic Massage in New Paltz New York
I dont go a lot, typically 1-2x a year. Always come back feeling relaxed after a 1 hour massage.
