Jessica who answers the phone has been nothing short of amazing! From my initial call to setup an appointment, to a follow up call that involved an issue that needed to be resolved, she was respectful, helpful, and resolved our issue.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews but in this case I want to acknowledge the terrific service I received from Jessica while on the phone with her this afternoon. All Center for Urology employees I’ve been in communication with have been good- no complaints… but Jess provided exceptional service and it should be recognized. While being knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and patient with my questions, she took my requests and quickly addressed them with superior follow through and confirmed with me via a return call. It’s a good feeling knowing things were taken care of correctly and promptly. Keep up the good work and thank you!

They're very caring and they took care of me as soon as they could which was pretty quick and very polite and I saw the reviews about pain it wasn't that painful they take care of you very well

Hi, My name is Terry and I would like to say the Batavia office has treated me with nothing short of respect and consideration. There isn't any Doctors office that i like to visit as much as I do this one. Stacy and Jess are amazing! Tara is the 1st person to give me an injection that hasn't hurt for several days in fact it dosent hurt at all. I see several Doctors and their office personel could take lessons from this crew! [ PS they make a great cup of coffee too! ] If you have a choice I recommend the Batavia office with 10 stars even though 5 is the limit.
