Last week I was fortunate enough to experience the group Energy Emersion at Centered and I am so glad I was there. This was a relaxing night with caring, knowledgeable facilitators. We were able to experience Reiki, a guided meditation as well as intuitive healing and insights. I will definitely be keeping an eye on the calendar for more events!

Love the atmosphere. Have work done by Christine there-usyally every three week. Honestly extremely useful for general health and for athletic performance; should be part of everyone's maintenance.

When my back, mind and soul need soothing attention and a break from the daily grind I Schedule a 1 hour full body massage with Christine. Christine is truly professional, amicable and knowledgeable of the Art Of Deep Tissue massage. The facility is clean, welcoming as is the front receptionist. I went to Diana for Hypnotherapy, twice. The first time time was for a past life session, (which I really didn’t believe), I went to a few past lives in great detail and one was quite traumatic, but helpful. Diana did an excellent job guiding me through the process. The 2nd time, I was sent to important points in my life and had questions for my higher self. I feel I was able to answer questions about myself that were holding me back in life. Again Diana was excellent guiding me through the process.

The location is really easy to find, I love every room at Centered Mind Body and Spirit, It’s so relaxing and inviting the second you walk in… I had the best and most revealing hypnosis session with Diana, can’t wait to go back and try out everything this facility has to offer 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend.
