I took my son to this Urgent Care yesterday and he was very sick. The Nurse did a small Covid test and it came out negative. My son had a really severe fever and the doctors did nothing. No medicine no prescription no nothing. Really bad Service and No help.

Everyone here is helpful and great. The receptionist is warm. The nurse and doctors are efficient, thorough and great problem solvers.

As soon as the nurse stepped into the room I knew that I was going to receive excellent care. Her questions were on point and her compassion was grand.
Nothing can supersede the professionalism as well as the care of the doctor. It is such a comfort when a doctor knows what is truly needed in a difficult situation.

I was there months ago for Covid Testing and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the handling of scheduling for so many people. Now I had a kinda of emergency situation going on and I didn’t want to go to ER. Thankfully I remember Urgent Care on AveJ. Again, l I was impressed by the staff and the service. In and out, with all my concerns addressed.

I had a great experience at Centers Urgent Care of Flatbush. The staff is great, kind and attentive. I checked in at the front desk and my name was called in less than 15 minutes. The waiting area and room was very clean. I was greeted with a smile. The facility provides parking, no need to park elsewhere.

The waiting room, examination, room, and x-ray room are brand new and immaculate. The receptionist is sharp and helpful. The doctor compares easily with any I have seen in the best hospitals in New York City. The doctor was very attentive, thoughtful, and willing to help with my illness. She had an easy-going, manner and genuinely interested in what I had to say. Could not ask for more.

Great urgent care! There was no wait when I got there. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Great experience!

They were patient attentive respectful and professional. They listened to what my concerns were answered all my questions and explained what I did not understand.

I was the first one there. They open at 9 and saw me right away. All tests were run and I was out by 9: 23. In time to move my car for street cleaning

Nobody ever wants to get sick or see the doctor but I did. I’m from Asbury Park nj. Insurance from out of state no problem. I got checked out. Fast service great staff. Prescription called in. No issues at all. Loved my experience!
