Central Nassau Optical, Levittown NY

I recently moved all the way out East and I was looking for a place to get a new pair of prescription designer frames because I’d been wearing just contacts for years after I accidentally broke my last pair of eyeglasses. I remembered that throughout the years I had gone to Central Nassau Optical at its old location. I had always had a good experience as far as I could remember and I was hesitant to try a new place so I called and spoke to Veronica who was very pleasant and helpful. She got me in right away for an eye exam also which was awesome because I have a very tight schedule. As soon as I got there Veronica and Jessica attended me and they helped me pick out a pair of Prada frames that really suited me. They were honest, genuine, and straightforward and I even decided on treating myself to a pair of Versace sunglasses as well and we agreed on a reasonable price for everything. Dr Ghossn was so sweet and efficient as well. The whole experience was great. The staff is very personable and you can tell they take good customer service seriously, which is rare these days. I highly recommend Central Nassau Optical for your vision needs. I was very happy I decided on going back once again!

Dr. Ghossn is excellent and helped to treat irritability in my eye. The staff are all a pleasure to work w. Super sweet and really patient which helps for someone as indecisive as myself

I have been going there even when they were at another location. The whole team is awesone. Dr. Mike and Edwin are professionals at what they do. They know my eyes! The V. Sisters are amazing p atient and won't sell me a frame that i really don't like. Helpful beyond words.

The staff and doctor are so pleasant and helpful. The whole place has a warm “home town” feeling. Not at all like a huge optical company (Davis). Highly recommended. And I’ll definitely go back.

My son and I when to this place today 01/19/23 to get an eye exam the Dr.was great very polite and informative.
The lady that started the process was kind and friendly but after the exam was done we were looked a some frame literally not even twenty minutes passed we didn’t like some of the frame so we have decided to shopped around for frame, then this lady named Vanessa gave us a nasty attitude she was rude and so unprofessional all because we didn’t get the frame from them.our experience was horrible! Vanessa started asking him if he would like to look at frames meanwhile he told them he has frames at home. They then proceeded to say that our insurance covers the frames so they were insisting us to get them.
Avoid this type optical issue go to an ophthalmologist.

Worst place ever I am a customer of them for many years the doctor is amazing the girls in the front are horrible full of attitude. To send my parents there today Like I said before the doctor is
amazing So when the time came to order their glasses they were rude I was asking for prizes why the frames don't have price on them they told me they know the price horribles service was Then I ask for the prescription I went to a different place I ordered my parents glasses they were so nice so amazing thank all I left from there

Called Last minute for an eye exam.no problem.waited maybe 10 minutes more since we were "squeezed" in! Exam was PERFECT he took his time and MADE SURE that I could see even AFTER the exam to get the perfect read! The ladies at the counter were very kind and were respectful of how much I wanted to spend on frames. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Found this optical location and so glad I did. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The store was very clean. I'm new to progressive lenses and they help me pick out a style I love and when I went to pick up my new glasses they took the time to educate me on how to use them. I have and would recommend this location to anyone looking for an optical solution.
