A close friend had recommended Dr Chen and Dr Lerman for my dental implant surgery after having done extensive research to find the best dental surgeons in NYC.

I’m incredibly appreciative of her recommendation as well as the care and expertise that both doctors demonstrated through my many visits here over the years.

I was fairly nervous about the surgical procedure, but Dr Chen and Dr Lerman really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe during the surgery. The implant healed up quickly and without issue. They were also extremely responsive whenever I had any questions, even outside of office hours.

The office is very clean and modern. The staff is knowledgeable and meticulous in follow ups. They were also upfront and transparent with any potential costs, billings, and insurance coverage. They were more than fair with pricing and never pushed me to get anything that was unnecessary.

I truly appreciate the way they run their practice and I hope others choose them as well for any of their dental needs.

After having a traumatic experience at the Dentist as a child, I was really nervous about coming into a new office for a root canal. The office made me feel welcomed from the second I walked in until the moment I left. Everyone was incredible, Dr Chen, Dr Sobia and Dr Wang. Especially with the needles, Dr Sobia made it comfortable. The whole experience was just painless, and easy. I left with no pain, healthier teeth, and a future game plan for the rest of my visits. I will definitely be back for my follow up! Thank You!

Check with your insurance before you make an appointment with them. I called before I made an appointment to make sure they accepted my insurance. Of course they said yes. Yesterday was my second appointment and they tell me I owe them $937. If they told me the balance the first visit I would not have made the second appointment. So now I know that they're Out of Network and I'm stuck with this bill.

I just wanted to thank Dr Chen for the conversation we had on the phone. She was professional, calm and understanding. She reimbursed me for a fraction of the bill which I really appreciate. It was a very nice gesture. Lastly, I wanted to say, and this is not directed to Dr Chen. Just because something is done All the time. There's always a first time for human error.

Dr. Tammy Chen is extremely skillful and professional. Her practice is a well oiled machine- there is minimal wait time. In fact, there are times they take me in as soon as I arrive (even if I’m early). The reception desk will always help me understand what I’m being charged for and how much my insurance will cover so I know what to expect. Dr. Tammy Chen always takes the time to explain what’s happening and the procedure. She works quickly and gently so very rarely is there discomfort. She will notes any sensations (so you know when there’s pressure or pinches or air from the tools) and checks in with you if you need a break. She is so quick and friendly and trust is easily built with her. Truly, a pleasant experience every time I see her which makes it that much easier to keep on top of my checkups!

I had a dental emergency while on vacation in the city, the office staff and the dentist ware amazing. I would literally fly from LA to come back. The best!
