Best taxi service in westbury no like express i wait 2 hours never show off i call centro america 7 minutes good service

The Seatbelts do not work! This is so dangerous to the passengers. The driver charged me double the price and was driving reckless. I will never use this cab company again.

I forgot my headphones and realized it when we were 3 blocks from where I was picked up & They wanted me to pay TRIPPLE fee! So ghetto, very much Roberry! I do not recommend.they Also work with CentroAmerica taxi …. All these Spanish mother f*clerks work together…. WE NEED MORE UBERS AND LYFTS! Way better than regular taxi

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OPERATOR AND DRIVERS HAVE HUGE ATTITUDES & HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU. THE RATE ISNT THAT GREAT FOR TRASH SERVICE

Trash all around, use uber or lyft. Will come on TIME, won’t charge extra, better rates, won’t pick up random people, & won’t have to deal with rude employees.

Horrible! Just horrible! One time my mother called because she had to the hospital and they told her they were on the way and to be ready. So, me and my mom waited outside, 30 mins passed and my mom called to ask where was the taxi. They said “we’re on the way, wait 5 mins” we waited 10 mins, they didn’t come. She called again and he said wait a minute. After that my mom called again and they kept hanging up her call! Like WTF! Oh and also today I called them in the morning and they said that they’d be here soon, so I waited. Then called again since 20 mins had passed and I was in a rush. They said “we’re outside “ so I checked outside and no one was outside. Then called again and they said they were on the block.then called again! They said to wait a minute. I gave it about 5 mins until I called another taxi complaint which came in about 5 minutes! I’d recommend you all to call TH express taxi instead.

They charge two different prices and most of the drivers are very rude!
When I call the office to complain the rude girl hung up on me! This is how you treat customer s? What happened to customers always right? Customer service is important, or they business will fail!
I’m going to invest in Uber or Lyft I will never use this company again

The service sucks, i wanted to go few blocks (local) i asked if he could go straight to my destination and he said;no i need to pick up more people, i won't call this cab company again, i prefer uber 100%

So, Joshua Bustillo Ramirez who works at this establishment was supposed to send me a Canon 50mm lens via facebook marketplace. He said Venmo was taking too long and I wanted to I could send him the money via Zelle. I agreed and sent him $70, he said he was going to give me the tracking number on his lunch. Well, I bet he wasn't ready for me to figure out where he works. So this is my blast to a scammer, I wouldn't use their service if I were you.
