7 This is experience of two customers, not only one.
Here is mine: I came in, there were only two people inside besides me, and only one person was working with customers. The minute manager saw me he stopped taking anyone to work with. Then cashier looked at the check, made me take two photos without mask, exposing me to COVID, for two prolonged periods of time. Then she told me to step aside and wait five minutes. O, let me take another customer besides you. She has not helped second customer either (poor girl had problems with her name being spelled wrong and spoke little English so I helped to translate). Then cashier picked up the phone (which she could have done earlier) and called a bank to verify the check. And outright refused to cash the check. This is my second time there and both times were terrible. All in all, avoid this location because they will go out of their way to not help you. And they will count your money and gossip about it afterwards with each other, judging you for every decision you make.
I apologize in advance, as my review will be unpleasant for you. I used the services of your office several times and each time I left with an unpleasant feeling in the shower. I do not speak English well and do not understand everything well. The penultimate time when I wanted to send money through Western Union, there was a guy sitting there and he blocked sending for 4 hours and I left with nothing. Yesterday I urgently needed WU’s service to send money. I went to the window where a woman of about 50 years old with red hair was sitting, I gave her $ 250 and wanted to pay for the service with a card, but she asked for $ 5 and said that she would withdraw $ 10 from the card and give change. I thought she did just that, but in the evening I checked my bank account and saw that she had withdrawn the extra $ 5. How could she? ! Someone is checking their work because they are cheating people! I will not go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone!
CFSC staffs at this branch is very rude. I’m curious have they ever give some customer service training? I never except polite and excellent service from them but I thought they might have some basic social manner.
The guy at the King’s Hwy branch is terrible. Not only rude towards the customer he intentionally gives hard time to the customer. I started money transfer via Western Union and pay in cash at store for so many times. No body asked me to include my middle name before. He did! If the rules change he can explain to me nicely instead of talking me as in giving order.
More importantly I don’t trust to go back there again because last week, when I transfer I gave $20 because I didn’t have smaller change but he did not give me the change until I asked. Other staffs at other places prepare the change and return the receipt and change of money after transactions were done. He just returned me the receipt as if all was done. When I asked my $10 change, he gave me the attitude. And today, he laid back in the chair and didn’t move his lazy ask to check my ID through the glass. He asked me to slide it underneath the glass. I told home it’s too tight to take out he can see everting through the glass. Hen said If so slide my wallet. Why would I do that to someone who pretend to forget the return the change? When I complaint about other places just check through the glass and the way he talks to customer was rude, he told me to go to other place!
I hope CSFC company wold take some action for such unbelievably poor and rude customer service.
Their office was closed when they called to verify my check. Total joke, waste of time. Don’t waste your time here.
Terrible service, tried to cash a check, mexican guy was being rude, talking over me and gave me an attitude. Don't waste your time, go to a bank. They charge you fees and rip you off
Ridiculous service. Couldn't serve me because I supposedly made some mistakes. Next location, no issues.
Worst service ever. One agent with glasses keeps asking inappropriate personal questions. She thought she was something. Then the costumer service system is also terrible.
Save your time and go to somewhere else
