Allerton there is always a line. The tellers are very respectful and patient. They always help me with my needs. They just need more tellers and faster computers.

The lady there is the most unprofessional person ever and the store is never open on the time it supposed to be open it’s insane. I wish they could get zero stars.

This place is always full and there is only one cashier working, normally I always go to make payments and send money, I have never had any problem with that, I am a frequent customer not because I like it but because it is close to me and on the way to my work but for The eternal line that there is always when I can go is the worst.and I had never given an opinion until now due to the fact that yesterday I was very upset and I felt offended. I went to change a check in this place, it was the first time I was going to do that procedure because normally I deposit it in my account but due to the fact that my cell phone broke the camera I couldn't do it and I had no other option but to change it here.a very young girl helped me, I endorse my check and tell her that I need to change it, she takes it, asks me for identification, my phone number and asks me for another identification until then everything is normal but then she tells me that she can't find me and I tell her it's the first time I've done it there, I can wait, no problem.she gives me back my check and my documents and then she tells me I can't because you don't show up and I tell her but how can you do that? I don't understand.and she didn't say another word to me and she closed the window and left and opened another window and called the other person who was behind me to continue serving this day there was no one else there, it was just me and one more customer.and She left me standing for no reason, ignored, as if I were a scammer or something like that. She didn't give me adequate customer service. I didn't say anything. I felt offended because the other customer saw me strangely and I just said to the girl.sarcastically, thank you very much, you are very kind, excellent service.which is the worst customer service I have received there and embarrassing.too terrible. I do not recommend this place anymore.

Worst check cashing place ever, some workers can't understand and don't know what they are doing. One girl with 8 customers on line and is more confused than knowledgeable. Sorry but this is the worst one yet.
