All the bad reviews are true. Rude attendants! Prices are different day by day and taxes are hefty and when asked they said its a new rate. Stayed at the fairfield hotel and was told this is where we park. Was told for an SUV was $45/ 24 hrs. They charged ne $57 with the discount. Next day was $50/ 24hrs. My bike hitch rack was ok the night before. The next day thry told me i have to remove it.

When I was looking for a parking space, I saw adam's comment that a good parking lot does not have a professional driver parking, breaking the glass of other people's cars and not pay for it.which made me wonder what kind of parking lot is this，where is owner？？？

I parked in this lot and their crew broke my car. It was agreed to compensate me for the repair fee and the Uber fee for the car repair time, but I have not been compensated until now. It's been over a month. I am sending this message now just to warn all the friends who are parking here! I don't know when they can compensate me for the damage

Very limited and small tight area but they valid yours car for you to make it work. We parked for 4 hours, it approximately $10 per hour. Not bad if you want to be close to Chinatown in New York, Queens. Make sure to take all valuable with you don't leave them in the car.

Staff is very quick, even though it’s quite busy here. Early bird price is also better than other places.

From out of town, so maybe this is simply standard NYC practice but be warned that the prices listed at the entrance of the garage are before a hefty tax - the real pricing is listed only at the reception counter after you drive into the garage. Rates are reasonable if you park for an extended period of time, like half a day.

Attendants are rather rude and curt (again, just NYC?). One asked when we dropped off the car what time we would be returning. We asked if we could decide later and let them know and he just shook his head while doing another task. What sterling customer service. We’d already booked and prepaid for up to 10 hours through SpotHero (not that it seems they’re linked up to the garage since the attendants have no idea of your booking until you show them proof), so as long as we returned within that window, it’s not like they were gonna make any more money, so I don’t understand why we had to give a specific return time right then. We could have just called them later. Plus it’s not like they had the car waiting for us when we did return anyway.

There is no dedicated pedestrian entrance/exit, so be careful of cars when walking in and out of the garage on the road.

Finally, I personally felt a little uncomfortable leaving the keys with them (it’s valet; you don’t park your own car), but since the car wasn’t damaged and nothing (that I know of anyway) was stolen at the end of the day, they can have 3 stars.
