Champion Honda reviews
8In May ‘23, I was looking to buy my first bike and this place came up in my search. So I went by for a look. I walked in this place and there were 2 or 3 dudes working. I was in the store for about 10 minutes looking at their inventory & not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed anything. I was the only customer. I felt like they’d rather I not even be in there. So I left. I mentioned my experience to the staff at the next shop I checked out, super pleasant, informative experience and he laughed and said he hears that about “those guys over there”. Keep driving past the faded red awning to a more welcoming, less miserable bike shop. Trust me.
I bought an old 1971 Honda CB500 from Champion. I live across the country, not in NY. The entire experience was conducted via email, phone, and online. I know that can be risky when buying a vehicle, but I knew what I was looking for, I knew what I was buying, I believe the price was fair, and now that I have the bike I can say Champion represented everything properly. That’s not to say I wasn’t hesitant to send a check across the country, but again it all worked out. I’m definitely happy with the sale and excited to enjoy my piece of moto history.
I dealt with Steve during the sale. He was always polite and professional. He was accommodating and provide additional pictures and information when I asked. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
For anyone wondering, I had the bike shipped with Federal Motorcycle Transport, who did a great job getting it to me.
Had a great experience at Champion of Honda. Joey was great to work with and worked with me on getting my Crf300 rally. Couldn’t be happier with my experience there. He even helped me tie the bike down to my truck. Happy customer
Seriously, the worst called to get info on a bike. The guy (Joey) wouldn't give me any unless I came in, obviously not going to waste my time unless I know the info, then guy (Joey) caught attitude and hung up. Can't wait for this place to go under, so a better dealership opens in the area.
Avoid at all cost, staff is great, owner is complete joke, only cares about money. Save aggravation and go elsewhere.
As a first time woman buyer I went into Champion Honda to inquire about purchasing my first blke, I couldn’t believe how helpful and knowledgeable the entire staff was. They had me sit on all different bikes til I found the perfect fit. My rebel is perfect and the price was lower then any other dealer. I couldn’t be more thrilled and would highly recommend this place to all!
My brother wanted to buy a bike and was referred here by a friend. I have to say the entire staff was wonderful. Best prices too, we shopped around to confirm he was getting a good deal and he did save a lot of $. My brother loves his grom and he was thrilled with the service from Champion Honda.
Super easy and smooth process start to finish. Got a Honda Rebel 300. Whole thing took about a week and Craig’s was super helpful and informative.
