Champion Moving & Storage, Brockport NY

They cost more than my local shippers but they stated they could move my furniture and safe. Although they knew the exact dimensions of the safe, their team came totally unprepared. Ultimately, they couldn't move the safe to my new home. Their furniture moving services were sub par. I would not use them again.

Nick and Louis and the rest of the team were a pleasure to have as my movers. The team arrived exactly at 8 am on the day of packing and took a careful walk through of my house with me to evaluate my needs. They were attentive, respectful, and careful with my possessions. Nick was prompt in calling me with an arrival time at my new home, and again, the team arrived exactly on time, with no damaged or lost items. In addition to being incredibly skilled movers, they are simply great people and a pleasure to be around. Their friendly, cheerful attitudes really helped relieve the stress of moving. I highly recommend Champion and especially Nick and Louis. Thank you both for such a great move!

I can't say enough positive things about Scott, Justin, and the entire Champion Moving & Storage experience. I moved my lab from NYC to Rochester, NY during a particularly hectic time personally. The move itself involved navigating an old prewar new york city building, small elevator, and street parking, for ~30-40+ boxes, several extremely large/heavy pieces of equipment, and perishable cold samples. Scott helped arrange all the pieces for boxing and loading on successive days, since I wasn't able to pack things myself. On the actual moving day, Justin was particularly amazing. Even though he didn't have to, he went out of his way to coordinate dropping off our most valuable/irreplaceable samples the same day they were loaded on the truck. Generally, the entire team was communicative, a pleasure to work with, extremely professional and accommodating. I will absolutely hire them again for any move I have in the future, whether lab or home related, and suggest you do the same!

From start to finish the experience I had with moving was absolutely phenomenal. Nick and Luis were my drivers/movers and they were so professional and so kind! They made the experience so easy and took away the stress of moving. Nick had me and my daughter laughing to help ease the process, he had such a great personality. Don’t hesitate and chose them for your moving company! You won’t be disappointed. We will always use them in the future.

Justin and the team of local movers did a fantastic job of moving us into our new home. After traveling 6-7 hours, Justin arrived at our home promptly at the designated time. We live in a neighborhood with narrow streets. Prior to arriving, Justin took time to research the area, since parking the truck would be challenging. Throughout the job he and the team took extra care to assure all our furniture and belongings were delivered in great condition. My wife and I were impressed with their professionalism. They worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. These movers truly deserve the name champions.

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had moving. From the service quote, to scheduling, and taking care of all the paperwork, everything was seamless, professional, and painless.
But as good as the prep work was - when the team showed up to the job is when Champion really shined. Justin and Bob were fantastic! They were completely focused on safely moving all my furniture and art work. I've never seen such attention to detail as they both showed. They went above and beyond with everything they did. Justin, Bob, Dave and Luis did an amazing job. They worked tirelessly packing and loading our furniture and belongings. Justin and the others went above and beyond to carefully protect our home from scratches and nicks. They packed our belongings as if they were valued treasures. They arrived on time and, also finished the job in a timely manner. Their respectful attitudes and professionalism were constant throughout the job. We highly recommend Champion Moving and Storage and commend this company for employing such a great team of movers.

Jake and Nick were our movers and they were fantastic! Not only were they hard workers and professional but they also had a good time with me and my girlfriend's mother and made us laugh and just made it go by quickly because we were having such a good time with them. The moving team was phenomenal! Tom’s estimate was accurate which meant no surprises when our load was delivered. Terri kept us updated. Justin and the teams that did our actual love were professional and fun!

I’ve heard this was a good company to work with but unfortunately I never got to find out for myself. I called back about a quote for a move and Scott was very short on the phone and scoffed and laughed when I mentioned it was local. I get that they don’t do local moves during the summer (not the the site mentions that anywhere, plus I mentioned when I messaged for the quote that it was local), but being rude towards potential customers is not the way to conduct business. Maybe thinking about your professionalism on the phone next time there guy.

Brendan and Terry were very responsive and easy to work with for estimates, pricing and scheduling. Justin was excellent as a crew leader, loader and driver. His care and concern for our furniture and belongings was way beyond our expectations. He was personally way more nervous than I was about breakage. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly so we had no damage. Our move from NY to FL went smoothly. I'd recommend Champion to anyone needing movers.

I worked with a driver named Justin, not sure if his last name. He was as professional as it gets, he made sure the shippers were more then satisfied & his work ethic is contagious. I’d recommend him & their company 10 more times

Scott Smith was great at estimating our out of state move, the cost was reasonable and Justin and Bob were AWESOME at loading and delivering. Very professional, pleasant, efficient and cautious with our stuff. They had to move around tight corners and several flights of stairs and did so without ever complaining. They will be my first call for every move.

Our family moved to upstate New York recently and I have nothing but good things to say about Champion. When it comes to relocating nothing really matters more than the team of movers. When they showed up I was surprised that it was just 2 people. Justin and Bob were awesome! Polite, punctual, professional and fast but not careless in the least. They easily did the work of 4 people. All of our belongings were promptly delivered and placed where we asked. Justin’s pride in his spotless “zero claim” record clearly shows and his record is still spotless. Thank you!

Justin was exceptional. I moved from Virginia to Rochester NY in December 2019. Justin personally came to my house from NY ahead of time to plan out the move. Everything went completely as scheduled. Packers and movers were professional and polite. Bob was my favorite- he had more energy that the young guys and had a great sense of humor. Very much recommend this team to all.
