Champion Parking, Long Island City NY

The attendant/manager Adam lied about the prices when we came in. He told us $42 if we arrived back by 2 pm the next day. We arrived at 12 pm the day before. Well, when we went to pick up the car early the price was $57 for parking. He said we were out of luck and we should have read the signs. So he basically got away with lying to us. Hopefully someone else reads this and will think twice about using them. They will lie to you about prices.

The worst customer service, I’ve ever experienced. When I pulled up, he said something to me (I’m hard of hearing) and I didn’t hear what he said. He started yelling at me, what are you hard of hearing or what? When I said I was, he got even more irritated and started yelling at me even more aggressively. And then proceeded to help another customer and then goes “you hear me better now? ” And then walked away, I asked for a ticket because I was late to work, he ignored me and continued helping the other customer who came after me. When I asked for my ticket, he tells me to wait because he needs to observe my car, before giving me a ticket. After he observed my car, he decided to roll down all my windows, and sped away screaming what time you getting the car? I asked him to close all my windows and he ignored me and sped away where you can hear screeching noises. Never again will I come here and the man should be fired. What customer service is he even providing? Disgusting beyond belief.

Very rude! Guys working there is extremely rude and is the reason i will not be coming back. He started yelling at me to leave after paying $25 for 2 hrs, while i was entering the address in the traffic app. Yelling “Go that outside! ” as if I was intruder and not a customer. He seems very unhappy with his job and life, sorry for him but not a reason to yell at customers. I’d rather do the 1hr street parking search than do this location instead.

The convenience and security provided by this garage are unparalleled. The staff is efficient. The location is easily accessible, making it convenient for visitors.

I was looking for parking @ queens plaza north I see all the bad reviews associated with champion parking anyway my meeting with DOE was the building next door, and I have a my family with me and it was cold they could not walk the 8 blocks away where I find a parking for $12.00
Champion charge $42.00 the guy was rude I bought a reservation on Groupon when I arrived I tell him about it he said he do not care about Groupon or do business with them I had to make my meeting on time so I ignore his rudeness
When I returned 3hrs later he tried to charge me right out $42.00 an I have a Groupon parking pass, luckily my son was at the counter with me my son said scan the pass when we did it pay for the parking we reserved 5hrs we used 3 hrs he look at my vehicle and said it is a suv, which is a Honda pilot he then charge me $10.00 with his rudeness an do not know how to accept online parking pass I pay $52.00 for 3 hrs RIP OFF. NEVER AGAIN I WILL PARK IN THE STREETS.

Abysmal service, rudest staff I have ever encountered in a parking lot!
Attendee snapped at me thinking I came to pickup my car earlier than what I had mentioned when bringing it in when he was in fact totally in the wrong and mistook my car for another one.
He told me because I came earlier I now had to wait 45 minutes for them to fetch my car (how are the cars parked outside of the lot in the first place?). He realized my car was a different one when he checked my ticket and it was in fact right there, wasted 20 minutes.
Absolutely insane to give these scammers $42 for overnight parking!

Do not use any app for booking in this parking. The place doesn't accept any type of reservation even though his site is in the booking app. I believe most attendees are rude so it is not a surprise. If you are going to park here DO NOT USE any type of booking. They will no take it.
