Very professional and at the same time a lot of fun with a great sense of humor. Kristin is a great Dr.along with everyone else in the office.

My first experience with hearing failure, fortunately a mild case. They are the greatest here and very thorough. I would highly recommend everyone with hearing problems to give them a call.

Sometimes new is good. I have been a patient of Champlain Valley Audiology for 3 years now. This time, when I went in there was a new Audiologist. She was very friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable about answering questions. She gave me the answers I needed and the solutions. The office staff was friendly and prompt getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you for the great service!

The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always extend themselves to make sure I’m having a great experience. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I was a little nervous meeting the new doctor, but she is very knowledgeable, warm and friendly!

My first time needing hearing aids. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They truly want the best for their patients. Even after you get your hearing aids, the staff will follow up and meet all of your hearing needs. Very happy with my experience.
