Terrible attitude and service, I’m having a nightmare with them, looking forward to switch to dyckman.
Edit: just want to add that my first time here being a first time mom was terrible due to Kim Caraway SHE IS TERRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very unprofessional, had my first prenatal visit with Kim caraway at 22 weeks a bunch of miscommunication. I requested a NIPT test to be done and because I declined all other blood work she got upset and said it’s all or none that she wouldn’t do the NIPT testing for me if I didn’t do the other blood work. Now refuses to put it in my chart accurately instead she wrote that I refused lab works and failed to mention her unprofessional comments aside from the fact that that is untrue and not legal and tried to bring up the fact that I was late like that had to do with anything. Some people in the medical field are just completely unaware that some patients actually know their rights but it’s ok. I will no longer be in her care. Just a warning to others of her ignorance and unprofessionalism. Trying to intimidate a patient into doing what she wants by refusing to do blood work and stating completely false comments about how legally I have to when I know for a fact I don’t.

Had a horrible experience here, the doctor (Kim) told me that I needed to learn how to listen because i miss heard her and said some other not so nice stuff, let’s keep in my mind it was my first time here and Its my first baby. Also the phlebotomist lady was complaining about how much work she had to do for me and didn’t actually know what to do. If you want to have a stress-free pregnancy please don’t go here

The only person that was nice to me was the Nurse Noak!

Horrible, they always change my doctor's appointment and I had my baby on May 18 and they don't have an appointment to see me until November. They never help their patients and my doctor never answers my calls or messages.
