I had an emergency, he took me right away and he was great!
He's very thorough, takes care of the tooth emergency but doesn't forget the patient.

I initially went to Dr. Pollak after seeing a Groupon. I was in need of a dentist and while I had one in North Carolina it was difficult to schedule on many occasions as he was not open on Friday. So, I just needed a cleaning to get me through until I went home. This was approximately five years ago and I have continued with Dr. Pollak. He is very thorough, explains clearly what needs to be done, why, and gives options which I appreciate. His employees are very helpful as well.

Dr. Pollak is the BEST dentist I have ever used. I went to 3 other dentists who proceeded to give me Projected Treatment Plan that went all over the place AND not the same treatment. Someone I trust recommended me to see Dr. Pollak. Not only did he explain that the other dentists' treatment was unnecessary, he gave me a treatment plan that was reasonably priced and explained each visit what he was going to be done as well as the plan for the next visit.

I feel very conforable with Dr. Pollak since going to the dentist has alway been a challenge and I never felt that the dentist had my best interest until Dr. Pollak

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Pollak through a referral after I had a painful accident and broke my front tooth. He treated me on his day off and made me a temporary crown on the same day and did not push for unnecessary, more expensive procedures. He was so caring and professional that I voluntarily came back for the full crown although he was out of my network. The permanent crown is a work of art as well and looks even better than my previous natural tooth. I am upgrading my insurance plan next year just so I can have him be my primary dentist.

I am very disappointed with this dentist office. They will take you in for a cleaning and not tell you it won’t be covered by insurance. Every dentist office I’ve gone to the person at the front desk would check my balance and talk to me to figure out what makes the most sense with my insurance based on my balance etc. Every single one. This one will just bill you later and tell you it’s your responsibility. Even my insurance company was surprised that the office didn’t tell me before the cleaning. I’m very uncomfortable with their procedure here - it seems like they care more about money than their patients so I will not be returning.

I’m very satisfied with the work that Dr Pollack is doing with my tooth. He’s very knowledgeable.

I met a pleasant, intelligent person who created a good atmosphere from the moment I met him.
Other than that, he is an excellent professional.
The displacement he performed was done in about 10 minutes against all the old methods of pulling by force, etc.
He knew how to get out of the less normal situation of a split tooth, in an easy, professional and fast way.
Before I knew what was happening he informed me that the tooth was already out.
I admired the efficiency and speed that combined with a nice and sympathetic person and I was surprised by the whole experience which was not a difficult experience at all.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Charles Pollack for anyone looking for a good and special dentist+.
