This was my first time ever going through the eye glass process. Charlotte was so patient and kind. She helped me choose the correct frame that worked for my face and my daily attire. She taught me how to properly put on and ensured I didnt stumble when walking. She was wonderful.

Charlotte’s shop is a treasure trove. You’ll find the most unique styles and the best of luxury. She has an artful eye for style and will help you find the pair that transforms your look. I would have never picked up the pair she recommended to me; but I decided to give it a shot, and I’m so thrilled that I took her advice. Charlotte Jones was careful and precise and it seems my glasses came out perfectly. She was very personable as well as caring and I recommend her highly.

I had such a positive experience working with Charlotte. She was patient, good-humored, empathic, and focused on determining what frames would best suit my particular needs and wants. Charlotte understands that glasses are more than just glasses: they affect mood, identity, ability to do one's work properly, and ability to relax comfortably. Her shop isn't close to my home or work but it's totally worth a special trip to benefit from her expertise.

This is a seriously fashionable eyeframe shop for those that want a unique quality look to their glasses. The customer service was excellent. I appreciated the explanation of the different lens categories, and was actually shocked at how truly better the higher quality lens is, from my same prescription I used to buy glasses previously. Have been a customer for over 8 years. The store has unique imported European and Japanese designer glass frames. I always get compliments. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, offers personal service, after purchase maintenance. She has multiple repeat customers who come to her outside of New York city because of the quality of the products and the service she offers. I have tried multiple stores before we found Charlotte Jones. You won't get quality frames like this anywhere else in New York city. Highly recommend.

Charlotte Jones Opticians is the Coolest eyewear boutique in Manhattan. Her store is a museum of modern art for eyewear. Charlotte is wonderful, pleasant and has unequalled knowledge. I love going to her shop to see the latest and coolest fashions.

Visiting Charlotte for eyewear was-and will always be-a wonderful experience. I was initially searching for a pair of Matsudas, and, after finding her location online and reaching out via text, Charlotte quickly ordered in the styles I was looking for for me to try on. I was charmed by the intimacy of the interaction, the peaceful atmosphere of her store, and the general conversation she and I had. Not only does she have a wide selection of luxury frames, but she is kind and knowledgeable in her territory.

After purchasing the frames, I was unsure about what to do with the lenses, and she took the time to relay to me my options over text with cost estimates. I returned the next day to send the frames in to have my prescription created and installed. Charlotte contacted me as soon as they returned and pick-up was seamless.

Getting to work with Charlotte is a pleasure, and I will be going back to her for more frames for as long as possible. I will also be confidently sending all my colleagues looking for eyewear to her.
