9I had a fantastic experience withdrawing money from the teller and branch manager. Both were friendly and patient. It was an unexpected pleasant surprise.
Chase now has Amazon Lockers inside of the ATM location. I live near Chase so on the way home its a great stop for ATM wise and thought I would try out the lockers with my next Amazon purchase. Package was to be delivered on Sunday the 11th. Was not delivered - reason; could not gain access to front door by delivery personnel aka (USPS) ? = Do you not have a debit/credit card that you could have used to gain access? OK maybe they didn't -however Monday was a holiday so no delivery again- Tuesday it was delivered at 2pmish.but states it was delivered inside of Chases bank and not the locker? Today I called Metrotech's branch and asked to speak to the manager - LISA- I told her I had and issue with the delivery of my package to the Amazon lockers; she immediately cut me off and had an attitude and said we have nothing to do with the lockers; I asked her if I could please finish what I was saying and she said NO you can't! I asked her name and title and she hung up on me!? I have never been spoken to by any Chase personnel ever the way she did - I can not even believe she is a manager! If she talks to customers like this I wonder how she treats her staff? Anyway point is Lisa should not be a manager for Chase she belongs in a prison where she can bully around inmates instead of customers.
Thursday at 4pm. The line has 6 people and only 1 teller. Six other employees are idling on their feet. Ridiculous.
We worked together to solve our issues, however it took a lot of effort. Misinformation, verification documents that get lost, bankers sometimes don't call back.
Bank closes at 6, I come in after work at 5: 30 just to replace a lost debit card, one of the employees tells me to try another bank and that their 3 employees are busy.like they all don't close at 6! This is what minimum wage looks like, all machines, no customer service.
Needed to replace a debt card while traveling. The team at this location were great and promptly helped me with getting a new card. The location is easy to find and the lines were not long.

They will not answer the phone, they've told me as much. I work 9-5 and the only time I can come and bank is on Saturday morning. It's the only Chase that exchanges currency, and I called to ask, but they hung up on me 4 times and the lady who does it only shows up by request now. Need to exchange currency or do literally anything? Go somewhere else.
This location is roughly a stone throw from my apartment. Unlike, many other locations there isn't any shady or homeless people in front of the building or inside the ATM area. The only time I ever had to wait to use one of the three ATMs was on a sunny Saturday but usually, I almost never had to wait. However, the tellers are almost always slow. Typically, they are nice but I had a few rather unpleasant situation.
