Chase Bank, Rochester NY

This branch and this bank are just awful. I run a small business and deal with just about all the banks in the area. I always have an issue when I walk through the doors at this bank. They just don’t seem to care about customer service at all. They have a poor attitude, bad policy’s and fee’s for everything. The smaller local banks are always a pleasure to do business with and chase is always a head ache!

I normally go to the one in Henrietta but the very nice bank teller sometimes slips me an extra $50. I love they recognize their customers at this location.

I’m not entirely sure what these other reviewers are talking about. Chase Bank is a complete waste of time with terrible customer service. Not every day that you go to a bank where two different tellers will tell you two totally different things. I don’t appreciate being given the runaround like I was and I’m not afraid of exploiting obvious unprofessionalism when I see it.

They are super great here, they have great customer service skills and helped me setup my kids accounts and a new account for me.

Been there twice now in the last week for help in setting up new accounts. Both people that helped me couldn't have been nicer and were very efficient. Were also conscientious in following Covid protocols, which is nice to know nowadays.

Love this branch. The staff goes above and beyond to help you.
