6It’s so disappointing how many times after hours I have walked to this particular bank and the card reader outside that unlocks the door not work. I have had to revisit the bank the following day because unfortunately time and time again I have been unable to make my deposit during the night. Please fix this issue asap!

Had the best experience at Chase today thanks to Cheryl who helped me open a savings account for my small business. Not only was she friendly, but super knowledgeable- she went out of her way to help me in every respect. Walking me through app features, details about my new account, making sure my address was up to date (and helping me update in the system). Absolutely wow. Really special how customer oriented she is and how willing she was to help. Worth noting the other staff members on site were also friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this branch.
There was a bit of a hang up with cashing some checks but everything was taken care of the best way possible.
There was also a bit of a line.

Came here to get assistance with filing a claim late May. I spoke with Gonzalez, she was very helpful at first but then abandoned me Midway. It's June, I haven't gotten any updates from her, not even a response via email/call and every time I visit the bank they tell me that she is on vacation. I usually love this bank but dealing with that representative just created a very unprofessional environment. Luckily I was able to call their customer service and have my issue taken care of.
Really friendly and helpful staff. They always have dog treats when I bring my dog with me. The only issue, which I’m not sure can be helped, is there is often a long line for the ATMs. At least one of them seems to always be out of service
