Worst customer service! We were waiting 50 minutes for them to attend us even though we had an appointment.

It’s convenient for most of us which is why most of us come here. Depending on why you’re here and who you have an appointment with will determine how good or bad your service will be. The vestibules usually has a homeless guy there at night. Sometimes during the day you can still smell that he had been there that night.

On January 19th which was yesterday it got really hectic & Justin was the only one keeping his nerves down he really held the branch down and took customers with the upmost respect despite the ratchetness that was going on. So Shoutout to him Keep up the good work you make coming to Chase fun and worth dealing with the drama

Justin is such a help, he honestly knows what he is doing and is very flirtatious but you’ll always leave with a smile. Great bank if you have any problems go to him.

This is the worse place when you trying to solve your paper work. None of the employees has any prior knowledge to solve problems. The costumer service are horrible. Avoid all cost.

Justin and the manager did absolutely everything in their power to help us solve an issue and were able to help! 10/10 would recommend.

Bank too poor to supply hand sanitizer for customers who have to keep touching all the ATM keypads and touchscreen. Walk with your own.
Edit: seems they're procured funding for hand sanitizer once again. I still walk with mine, just in case.

Worst branch ever. Security barks too many orders for no reason. Mediocre staff, not helpful.

Some systems are frequently down and they send to other branches for particular services, hard to open account here and probably doesn't worth it.

This is not my regular Chase branch. However, these are strange times and not all branches are full service.

During these incredibly uneasy and stressful times the staff at this branch handle themselves with professionalism, kindness, and compassion.
