Chase Bank, New Windsor NY

Haven't dealt with tellers but location only has one atm and it is located inside. No drive up atm.

Worked with Tracy very helpful and knowledgeable got us right in and made sure we understood everything going on. Again very helpful and friendly.

Had the most unsettling experience at this location this morning. Tried to withdraw MY money at this branch and was made to feel as though I was trying to steal my own money!? At the drive thru and was told I would be given a code via text that I had to give them to complete the withdrawal? Only to be told there was a “glitch” with their computers and they couldn’t help me!? Take your money out of banks. It is YOUR money!

The last two time’s I’ve called this location I dealt with a woman named shanequia who was incredibly rude both times, I don’t think she had very much common sense and this may be her first job with the public. I made a very large payment which did not show to my account and she told me “don’t worry about it”. Every question I asked there was an uncomfortable long pause and it terrifies me that this person has any access to my accounts. Please Re train her or get rid of her.
