Chase Bank, New York NY

I went to Chase for help with a claim I had filed & was assigned to speak with Yury Ortigoza. She was very unhelpful, she laughed at me while I was explaining to her what my claim was about when nothing was funny. Refused to print and fax documents to be sent to the claims department, that would help with my claim/dispute, she told me to go to Staples instead. Would not recommend, she did not help at all… was very rude.

I was there just 10 minutes ago, I was having difficulties in understanding what the teller was saying (2nd counter from the left), her voice wasn’t too clear and she was very rude in repeating instructions (in that she kept saying the same thing) - really bad experience and I wish I had gone to another counter.

My relationship with Chase plummeted when I learned that Chase has INCREASED its funding for fossil fuels since the Paris Climate Accord. #TakeoverChase #StopTheMoneyPipeline #MoveYourMoney

I have tried repeatedly to call a branch here in NYC to see if they have a notary… the call never goes thru. No one answers and then it hangs up. Rotten customer service.

My experience with Chase has been completely negative since I discovered that they continue to invest heavily in destructive fossil fuels that are wreaking havoc with our climate. Chase has been setting us on fire and needs to stop.
