11I really like coming to this bank to do my deposits. All the tellers are really nice and patient with me especially Claire she’s my favorite. I appreciate her always being in a good mood and willing to help me out even if I get there as soon as they open!
Not even the manager knew how to print out the direct deposit history from an specific year and their attitude is the worst.
On Tuesday morning I went in to open up a college account. At first, they informed me that I’d probably have to wait because the person I was supposed to be meeting with was about to have her lunch break. Inside she then very generously offered to assist me quick. Not sure if the website appointment system did a little mistake there but I’m so thankful the employee by the name of Licia Yee took me in, very thoughtful. Amazing service from this woman, very sweet. Licia explained everything to me so it very easy and quick to understand. Opened up a chase account under an hour. I’ve never had such great service like I did on Tuesday!
AVOID this branch. I was there morning for banking service. It’s a very big branch, but there are not employees to provide banking services. Only three people in line including me. Waiting for over 1 hrs. Sounds crazy! Never had this kind of experience at any other Chase bank branch.
There should be a 0 star cause the customer service is just absolutely horrible. I went in filing a complaint that chase was going to send me a new card when I didn’t ask for one and this lady, Asian woman with long hair, was always giving me a horrible attitude, she kept emphasizing she has 30 minutes of work left and rushed me to go home and get my ID, and when I got my ID and gave it to her she told me she can’t help me? This is ridiculous.

One of the worst experience I ever had. I am an existing customer in Chase. I was there in the morning around 9 to open another new account. There is no other client waiting. I was the only client. I told them the reason I was there for and I was told to wait. There is a banker came over and told me that they are shorted on staff so she cannot help me. She has an appointment soon. I have to go to other branch. I asked her how long I have to wait because I was there early morning and this is the closest branch near my home. She simply said I told you we are short handed. I suggest you go to other branch. I never seen a banker with such attitude and turn down customer like that. This experience reflects a negative Image on the bank on how they treat their customer.
We were travelling and took a day trip into the city during a long layover. We needed money so we went to the ATM to get cash. This was a Sunday afternoon so I understand the bank portion not being open, but the entire area inside was littered with ATM receipts, there was an unmasked elderly man standing inside by the door and coughing, and a woman sitting in the middle of the floor asking for help who appeared to have pooped on a McDonald's bag next to her. C'mon Chase.secure your doors to a Chase card and/or hire security if you have a place where this happens.
Usually, I dont go to this place because of long line. Today I had to because I had to stop by somewhere near. Still long line and the security was very rude. I just came out and went home. Will go somewhere else tomorrow.
Enforce covid social distancing. To be serviced inside, you have to wait in line. Plenty of security guards so you feel safe too.
This branch and the service here is horrible. My money got eaten and when I asked for help, they didn't even bother. I don't recommend coming here unless you want to get your money stolen.
