Chase Bank reviews
6I dislike banks in general, but this branch is better than most. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable about the bank's products. One of the three ATM's was out of service, and another did not give cash, but this is unusual. Usually all three machines are fully functional
Always too slow here. Ten minutes and no one was served. Line didn't move.
Then when I get to the cashier she has a seriously bad attitude. Informs, rather, she snapped at me that transactions over 500 now require the presence of debit card. Wish Chase had informed us.
I opened an account with them with Shelly. & I find it inconsiderate that she didn’t even complete my profile correctly. I hadn’t received a debit card 3weeks after I opened my account & chase cs said that there was never a request put in. & now I have to go back personally so they can put a request in for me. Don’t waste ur time at this branch because this is unnecessary and could’ve been avoided.
Normally dont write reviews but the disrespect I felt at this branch last week was too much for me to keep inside. As soon as I requested a withdrawal I was treated as a scammer who was trying to rob the bank. News flash kid, I made my money through investments as you could probably see on your screen (if he even knew what Robinhood is). The teller then went to a banker and they told me the best they could offer me is $10,000? Who the hell do you guys think you are? I worked in a bank before I finished college and I know banks carry at MINIMUM $250,000. The lazy bankers just didnt want to write a CTR or I was facing discrimination for the color of my skin. I was even warned not to go to other banks because it would be suspicious? WAS I DRESSED LIKE A DRUG DEALER OR SOMETHING? Would something like this be said to one of there caucasian customers? When I tried to explain my innocence I was cut off. Brother you are treating me as if I am a bank robber at least give me a chance to explain myself. I took my business to Steinway Chase and had no problems. I just find it funny how if someone wanted to make a large withdrawal at Santander there is absolutely no problems, but one of the worlds largest banks gives me a problem? Im not sure if this is a Chase problem or a branch problem but either way something needs to change but I doubt it will.
There is a notary republic at the branch. But apparently according to Chase policy they cannot notarized certain documents. I waited a hour for the person to notorized my document just to tell me they cannot do it.
