3Everyone at that this place has horrible, I mean horrible character, except the young lady Lorna Erb! The guy in the private clients office needs customer training, AsaP! Just ridiculous! Freaking shameful!
I can’t wait to cancel my account after I receive my deposit from the 2 week check hold. DO NOT USE CHASE. ️
New management / employees are terrible. Very cold, no greeting, and the tellers are so preoccupied with their cell phones that they don’t even see you standing there. The most disturbing part is that the manager saw this and said nothing as if it was normal. Not to mention the tellers attire which was see through leggings and a shirt showing her stomach. Yuck. Where is her self esteem/respect. I’ve never experienced a Chase branch run like this. Just horrible
