Chase Bank, Monroe NY

Some of the staff seem to have a stick up theirs and seem to be hateful of doing their own job

Service has seriously gone down hill. Always slow. Lack of tellers. Git rud of drive thru?

1st time there in Monroe to cash there check and charged me 10 for NOT Having an account with them.

Why chase insist that you must have an address to get a credit card? Been a customer for 20 years, moved out of the USA for couple years, still do not want to give me a credit card,

So unprofessional.went in October 2021 for a medallion guarantee and then back in November when they realized they needed more information. It is now January and we haven't heard anything back and I can not get a hold of anyone - this branch does not answer the phone and hasn't responded to emails. I've been with Chase for over 35 years and this is completely ridiculous. Even called Chase customer service but they insisted they couldn't help - it was a branch issue.

Generally use the drive through window - the employees are so friendly and focused on doing their job - always a pleasure to go to this branch! Thanks for your service!

The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful.along with that the girl who sets up appointments lied and said would call on Monday to set one up and never did.will take your money but won’t provide service

They have the worstCoustumer service I have ever experienced in a bank,
Nasty one by one!

Never helpful, worst chase bank ever! Never coming back they don’t even go out of there way to help.
