6I opened an account here about 5 years ago. Last week I deposited a check from a family member. Although the money was taken out of my family members account, the check was placed on “hold” for 7 days. That’s a long time and never happened to me before. I called to have the bank look into it and let me know what’s going, the banker basically refused to look into my account and just told me when a check is on hold nothing can be done. She didn’t want to put a supervisor on the phone either. I couldn’t get to the bank because I myself was at work. What poor customer service. Once my money is cleared I’m looking into switching banks.
I wish I could give zero stars Chase does not even deserve 1 star, my card is expired i called them 5 weeks ago to get a replacement, the usual is going to take 3-5 business days here we are 1 month later i still don't have my card, called them back oh we going to send you a new one if you want it in 2 business days you have to pay 5.99 i paid them here we are 1 week later i still don't have my card and my old one they close so i can't even take my own money out because they are closed today, so thanks Chase for stilling my money and locking me out of my own money. Customer service could not be any worse do yourself a favor use a different Bank.

4 employees, 3 doing nothing, they have somebody to move the line but only one cashier! Wouldn't be better another teller so there is no line? Chase close this branch!
The worst experience. Don’t make an appointment because it means nothing and you’ll be told to wait for upwards of an hour to the point where I left. I’ll take my business to a different bank
Rude incompetent biased staff. Beware. By far the worst financial location I have ever done business with. Beware. This branch needs to be shut down. It does not belong in our community
