Ahmed Goweda is one of the most unhelpful associate I ever have dealt with. He is a total nightmare! Worst service I have ever experienced at a bank, and with Ahmed. I don’t understand why chase hires incompetent rude people. He needs to learn how to control his emotions and how to deal with people.
I visited this branch hoping to cash out a check. I don’t have an account with chase but usually when I visit other branches the managers are very polite and waive the cashing fee. I asked to speak to the manager to see if it was possible to waive the fee, at this particular location. The manager greeted me with an attitude and spoke to the teller, who had assisted me initially, in an inappropriate manner. I expected a professional, well mannered person, as I always do in the various locations I’ve gone to. This experience was unacceptable. Ms. Towers, the “manager” was by far the most rude person I have encountered at any bank. She practically laughed off my asking if she could wave the fee. I felt humiliated and embarrassed and heard her making remarks about me to the tellers. I was looking into going with chase for my business banking needs as I’ve heard good things. But this encounter suggested otherwise. I now plan to go with another bank since I now see the type of manager chase allows to run the location nearest to my business.
I went to this location on two separate occasions in the past couple of days, and both times the tellers were incredibly unprofessional and demeaning. Both refused to listen to my questions and spoke over me, explaining to me what I already perfectly understood. Both belittled and mocked me as I tried to explain my situation. When I asked to make an appointment for the following day, I was interrogated and derided with the teller raising her voice, causing a scene in the lobby. I have never experienced such strong disregard to a customer before, and the communicative and organisational negligence shown by those two Chase employees was truly unparalleled. I have worked with other Chase tellers before and had wonderful and helpful experiences, but this has made me seriously reconsider where I want to keep my money and where I am valued. I couldn't recommend a Chase location less.
There is a gentleman that stands at the ATMs at this location and asks other customers to deposit a check for him. Please be aware of the fraudulent scam.
I have never had an issue with this branch, this is my go to location. The staff is friendly and they always take care of me and my needs.
