The worst customer service I have seen. I have been calling and sending emails regarding my safe deposit box.

I strongly recommend Chase Bank here. In particular, I recommend Charmaine. A. Daley as a kind private client banker. Since I am an international student, I went to open a checking account for the first time. She kindly explained to me how to open a checking account and put in a deposit. She also taught me how to use Samsung Pay with a debit card. I appreciate her kindness.
