This is the worst Chase experience i have, no wonder the Chase two blocks down pack of customers and nobody come to this location.
I want to add an authority user to my account, when I arrived they don’t have any agents at front, only a lobby guard at front told us we’re number to see an customer representative, we wait 30 minutes for our turn, customer representative told us we need an appointment to see them, why they can’t have someone at front direct your customer like the other branch, instead let your customer waste their time and got nothing done? Also there is only one customer waiting behind us, I would let her go first if she have an appointment, but the customer representative never ask. I’ll never return to this branch again for any business.
Staff quality and knowledge vary.
When I got there, a staff member who was not my appointment said that she was free and could help me with things (I just wanted a Direct Deposit Form). As a result, the staff kept emphasizing that if I couldn't give the ID, they couldn't give me the Direct Deposit Form, so I had to leave.
As a result, the staff member I made an appointment with called and told me that the Direct Deposit Form can actually be downloaded in the CHASE app! ! ! The original clerk almost caused me to make another trip! ! ! !
