This branch is simply exceptional. Personal shoutout to Valmira and Fatmir for their continued support with all of my business and personal banking needs. Normally I refrain from entering a physical branch location but that is not the case with this branch location. It is simply a pleasure to work with them and I am always greeted with smiles and tremendous support. Shoutout to these two for their hard work and commitment to customer service. I met with Stephanette Rampersad to open my account. She is the best banker I have work with. I will come back to her anytime as well as refer her to my friends and family. The process was not long she finish on a timely manner an answer all my questions.

ATM machine are very slow
It only one in buildings
Today one lady play with it like 15 minutes I was in line
It definitely something got to be done about it
And on the end t transaction does not went true

Parking is better than the old location on Hylan, however the only way to enter the bank is from the front entrance on Hylan, so you have to park, and then walk all the way around to the door on Hylan so it’s a long walk when you are carrying cash. Also ATMs are not available off hours.

Come to this branch all the time, micheal upon check in went above and beyond to help us schedule an appointment on the spot and fatmir the officer gave us fantastic service creating a joint account.couldn’t recommend their service and commitment to customer satisfaction enough

I've always had great customer service. I come here often. But there needs to another ATM inside for after hours and Drive thru ATM needs to be raised.

Can someone explain to me, how you design a drive through ATM, where you can’t even reach to use in your car and have to get out your car to use? The person who designed and built this should be ashamed of themselves and should find another field, cause this clearly ain’t for you!

Have been sick for days, went to put money in at night when I was finally able to get out of bed so I could pay the doctor, and the drive through atm is broken. No warning. No other options. Just as bad as old location, with only two extra parking spaces as the difference.

Very poor customer service …. Management should hire professional employee staff… that notary should be fired for discrimination….

When u walk a half mile in freezing weather to a ATM u would think it would be open but u can't go in the vestibule from 10pm to 7am, what a waste u shoulda stayed on clove road
